Investing in real estate now for 8+ years, I started my investing career with creative deals and solutions such as subject to purchases, sandwich lease options, short sales and other non traditional real estate acquisition methods. A few short years after this I started a company with my partner Jason Moss called MN Rent to Own. We help many people with challenged credit become home owners through our exclusive Road to Home Ownership program. We grew Minnesota Rent to Own to not only help future owners of homes but to service many investor groups and property owners located throughout Minnesota. These days I am focusing more on the systems and marketing aspect for real estate and real estate based companies. Helping many companies build brands and gain exposure both thru online and offline marketing efforts. I am in the fortunate position that I get to consult with many different levels of real estate based companies locally in Minnesota. This gives me tremendous real world insight into the Minnesota real estate market that helps my clients and my various partners continue to be successful.
